As a smaller-scale company, our Board and Executive operate in close collaboration to maintain effective procedures and policies and ensure controls support a continued robust business model. Despite many larger listed entities which may have Board Committees including Finance and Audit; Risk: People & Culture, Tungsten Metals Group currently addresses these and other similar matters within our Board and Executive structuring to collaborate towards an ethical and efficient operational approach.
